This role works closely with field crews, superintendents, suppliers, and ownership to make sure our concrete projects get built safely, on time, and on budget . If you understand concrete work and know how to keep jobs moving in the real world—not just on paper—we want to talk to you. What You'll Be Doing Manage concrete projects from kickoff to closeout Work directly with superintendents, foremen, and crews Plan schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment Review drawings, specs, and job scopes before and during construction Track costs, production, and job progress Handle change orders, RFIs, and job paperwork Coordinate with inspectors, suppliers, and subcontractors Make sure safety and quality standards are met every day What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience managing concrete construction projects Strong knowledge of concrete operations (forms, rebar, pours, finishes) Ability to run multiple jobs without losing control of details Good communication skills with field crews and customers Comfortable reading plans and specs Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, job software) Valid driver's license Bonus Skills (Not Required) Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field OSHA or other safety certifications What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Limited travel - Home every evening.
