Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager, Digital Workplace for a leading media and broadcasting organization. This individual will play a critical role in re-platforming the organization's Digital Workplace website, leading complex, cross-functional initiatives that span content strategy, publishing, audience coordination, and enterprise application delivery. The ideal candidate is a highly autonomous project manager with deep agile experience, strong stakeholder communication skills, and a proven ability to manage large-scale digital initiatives from concept through deployment.
Day-to-Day:
  •  Lead the re-platforming of PBS's Digital Workplace website
  •  Own project planning, scoping, charters, timelines, and delivery milestones
  •  Partner with Business Analysts and Product Managers to refine scope and priorities
  •  Facilitate agile ceremonies and cross-functional project workflows
  •  Coordinate audience, channel, and publisher stakeholders
  •  Manage content strategy, design, publishing, and delivery workflows
  •  Monitor project budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies
  •  Lead kickoff meetings and ensure teams are equipped with proper tools and training
  •  Provide regular status updates and reporting to sponsors and stakeholders
  •  Manage risks, change control, and release alignment
  •  Conduct post-project assessments and lessons learned sessions

Skills and Requirements Must-Haves:
  •  8+ years of progressive project management experience
  •  Proven experience managing Digital Workplace or enterprise web re-platforming projects
  •  Strong knowledge of Agile project management methodologies
  •  Experience managing multiple medium to large-scale, highly complex projects simultaneously
  •  Hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle (initiation through deployment)
  •  Strong background in content management, publishing, and delivery
  •  Experience coordinating with publishers, audiences, and cross-functional channels
  •  Ability to manage budgets, cost baselines, and vendor expenses
  •  Excellent stakeholder communication skills, including non-technical audiences
  •  Bachelor's degree
  •  Project Management certification or completion of a recognized PM curriculum
Plusses:
  •  Experience supporting media, broadcasting, or public-facing digital platforms
  •  Background in knowledge management, information management, or document management
  •  Experience mentoring or coaching junior project managers
  •  Strong release and deployment coordination experience
  •  Familiarity with enterprise digital workplace tools and platforms
