About the Role The Project Manager plays a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish. This position is responsible for coordinating crews, communicating with homeowners, maintaining quality standards, and keeping projects on schedule and within budget. This is a fast-paced, hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, managing people, and taking ownership of results in the field. What You'll Do Coordinate paint crews and manage daily project schedules Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle Conduct job kickoff meetings, progress walkthroughs, and final project closeouts Order materials and maintain accurate project documentation Perform quality control checks and ensure company standards are met Monitor budgets, timelines, and overall project performance Ensure safety procedures and job site protocols are followed Solve problems proactively and support crews in the field Visit and oversee multiple job sites throughout the day About You Leadership or management experience preferred Experience in construction, painting, remodeling, or home services is a plus Organized, detail-oriented, and task-driven Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and customer service skills Tech-savvy and comfortable using project management tools Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Able to manage multiple priorities and hold teams accountable What We Offer Competitive base salary + performance bonuses Company vehicle, gas card, and company phone Health reimbursement 401(k) with company match Flexible PTO Structured onboarding and field training Ongoing coaching and leadership development Clear growth opportunities within a growing company Why Join Heritage Painting? $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
