Electrical Control Panels Job Summary:

Phasr Industries, located in Hurricane, UT, is looking for a Project Manager to join our P&C and Control Panel team. As a Project Manager, you will manage a diverse group of customers, provide excellent customer service, and oversee project scope, cost, and delivery.

Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers, providing consistent project updates. Oversee all aspects of assigned projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets and quality standards. Interpret customer specifications to provide designs meeting all requirements and industry standards. Develop and release drawing packages to manufacturing teams. Create and manage Bills of Materials (BOMs), project schedules, and QC documentation. Identify areas for process and product improvements. Manage budgets, schedules, and profitability while addressing project scope changes and delivering on-time solutions.

Qualification:

3+ years of project management experience in industrial manufacturing, electrical assembly, or a closely related field Working knowledge of industrial control panels, electrical assemblies, or similar build-to-spec hardware Electrical Background or equivalent experience. Understanding of AC/DC circuits and the ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams. Proficient in MS Office Suite. Experience with AutoCAD preferred. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects on tight schedules Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable as the customer-facing lead on a project Self-directed while also a strong team contributor

$75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
