Project Manager / Estimator Utility Excavation

Job Summary Utility excavation company looking for a hands-on Project Manager / Estimator to run work from bid through completion. Responsibilities include estimating and bidding jobs, scheduling crews and equipment, ordering materials, and working directly with foremen to keep projects moving efficiently. This role requires someone who understands excavation and utility work, can stay on top of multiple jobs, and isn't afraid to be involved in day-to-day operations. You'll also review daily work tickets, track production, and make sure jobs stay on schedule and on budget. Looking for someone organized, dependable, and experienced in the field—not just behind a desk.
