Project Manager - K12 Buildings (Rockland County, NY)

We're seeking an experienced and collaborative Project Manager to support our Pre K-12 Lower Hudson Valley Region of New York State. Reporting to the Project Executive, you'll guide complex capital projects from early planning through closeout, working closely with owners, designers, contractors, and stakeholders unique to school and campus environments. What You'll Do Lead multiple education projects simultaneously using established project controls and procedures Provide on site leadership in scheduling, safety, construction quality, and design coordination Manage change orders, cost reviews, contractor payment applications, and procurement processes Coordinate with school district administrators, facilities teams, academic departments, and community groups to maintain alignment with program goals Address project critical issues that arise in active learning environments, including phased construction, site constraints, and occupant safety Support early planning efforts such as educational specifications, design development, and budget/schedule validation Ensure strict adherence to safety and security requirements for occupied school and campus facilities Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction, Engineering, or related field 10+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager on large projects/programs Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building Strong understanding of pre design, pre construction, contract management, project delivery methods, and building systems Ability to manage 4-5 projects at once while providing confident, effective leadership on active school or campus sites

Ideally, You'll Also Have:
