PROJECT MANAGER - LANDSCAPE FACILITY SERVICES RCF
Group in Louisville, KY is seeking a qualified Project Manager to join our Landscape Facility Services team. Exciting and dynamic multi-industry company is seeking a detail-oriented Facilities Services Project Manager to join our fast-paced team. This position is responsible for interfacing clients to develop and maintain a positive relationship and to coordinate all various functions from inception to completion of project, meeting all expectations and timelines. Develop and facilitate the proposal process including budget, pricing development, proposal writing, contract negotiations and client presentations. The successful candidate must be energetic, self-motivated, possess superior skills in communication, attention to detail and follow-through, along with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Scope/Responsibilities:
Facilitation of the client proposal process including budgeting, pricing, presentation, proposal writing and negotiations. Provide timely response to customer requests for products, services and/or information. Is responsible for client relationships and vendor/subcontractor management. Interface with clients to develop and maintain a positive working relationship. Manage client expectations with regards to scope, budget, and schedule to ensure the client understands the services provided and the timeline associated with the project. Keep clients informed of project progress on a regular basis. Initiate and maintain contact with key project individuals for clarification, coordination, and negotiation of critical issues. Adherence to RCF Group process and procedures. Explore and identify new opportunities to add or enhance professional services with existing clients. Attend client planning meetings; analyzes client needs, and workplace/product requirements to create design solutions. Maintain comprehensive understanding of customer's needs, corporate goals, business practices, and satisfaction/performance criteria. Other functions assigned or needed.
Qualifications/Skills:
5+ years related Facilities Service Management, along with Landscape and Snow removal Management professional experience, preferred Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills Ability to calculate figures, square footage, proportions, percentages, area and discounts Excellent oral and written communication skills Maintain project records following company process Budget management of project Excellent organizational, planning and prioritization skills; able to handle multiple responsibilities Excellent interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint Excellent customer relationship skills Self-motivated Flexibility/willingness to travel Physical Demands/Work Environment described below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10-20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus. $60,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
