Job Description
Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Project Manager to support our clients Global Markets Organization. This team is responsible for all NFRR reporting. There are 3 areas of focus: Remediation, Controls, and Back Reporting. Each group is described below. We are looking to hire expertise to oversee the projects in each sector. Key Activities•

Controls:
This group is focused on implementing Control Frameworks for NFRR. Responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring control frameworks to ensure ongoing compliance with MiFID II, EMIR, Asia andCFTC, SEC, CAD
regulatory reporting requirements. Establish key controls, metrics, and surveillance mechanisms to detect reporting anomalies, perform regular control testing, and maintain comprehensive control documentation. Partner with first-line teams to embed controls and drive continuous improvement in reporting accuracy and timeliness.- kaizen and DROIT implementation
- Design and implement control frameworks for regulatory reporting
- Develop KPIs, KRIs, and monitoring dashboards
- Perform control testing and effectiveness assessments
- Maintain control documentation and RCSA (Risk & Control Self-Assessment)
- Oversee data quality controls and reconciliation processes Key Activities
Remediation :
This group is responsible for identifying, investigating, and resolving regulatory reporting gaps and deficiencies across MiFID II, EMIR, andCFTC, SEC, CAD
obligations. Lead remediation projects to address historical reporting failures, data quality issues, and regulatory breaches, working cross-functionally to implement sustainable fixes and ensure timely regulatory submissions. Drive root cause analysis and coordinate with technology, operations, and compliance teams to close identified gaps.- Investigate and remediate transaction reporting failures (MiFID, EMIR, CFTC)
- Work with Engineers on solution design
- Manage backlog clearance and resubmission projects
- Conduct root cause analysis for reporting breaks
- Coordinate with regulators on remediation plans and timelines Key Activities
Back Reporting:
This group is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant regulatory back reporting of trades and positions across global jurisdictions. Support the firm's regulatory obligations by performing reconciliations, investigating reporting breaks, remediating historical reporting issues, and strengthening controls and processes. Partner closely with Technology, Legal, Compliance, and other Operations teams to manage regulatory change, improve data quality, and reduce operational risk in a rapidly evolving regulatory environment.- Perform reconciliations, back reporting, and exception management to meet regulatory requirements across regions
- Investigate, remediate, and resolve reporting issues, including historical breaks and data inconsistencies
- Strengthen controls and processes, including automation of manual back reporting activities
- Partner with Technology, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to manage regulatory change and issue resolution
