Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented professional to bring clarity, structure, and momentum to fast-moving software and firmware development initiatives. Our team values a builder mindset, clear communication, and a drive to organize and accelerate execution across key disciplines.

Responsibilities:

Organize and drive execution for software and firmware development efforts across cross-functional teams. Own sprint planning, backlog hygiene, and prioritization in JIRA with a focus on bug triage, quality, and delivery readiness. Establish and evolve execution processes, drive clear priorities, action items, owners, and follow-ups to ensure progress. Facilitate agile ceremonies and working sessions, acting as an intermediary between engineering, product, design, and QA to resolve ambiguity and surface risks early.

Required:

Minimum 8 years of experience managing software and firmware development projects in an agile environment. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Strong background as a project manager, Scrum Master, or agile delivery lead for technical teams. Deep comfort using JIRA to organize work, prioritize issues, and adapt workflows to team needs.
