Project Manager - Criniere Equestrian Retail StorePosition Overview The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the store's strategic and operational projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently, within budget, and aligned with the brand's vision. This role serves as the connection between operations, sales, marketing, inventory, and customer experience to support the growth and positioning of Criniere within the equestrian retail market. Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management Plan and execute retail and operational projects for the store. Define project goals, timelines, and priorities. Monitor deadlines, deliverables, and project performance. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards. Operations & Organization Improve internal processes and operational efficiency. Coordinate the launch of new products and collections. Oversee inventory coordination and supplier communication. Implement systems and solutions to enhance customer service and workflow. Team Coordination Collaborate with sales, marketing, and logistics teams. Assign tasks and follow up on project progress. Maintain clear communication between departments and external partners. Commercial Strategy Support brand growth and business development initiatives. Analyze sales performance and operational metrics. Develop strategies to increase customer retention and revenue. Marketing & Events Coordinate campaigns, product launches, and equestrian events. Oversee promotional activities and brand collaborations. Ensure brand consistency and premium customer experience across all channels. Required Skills Strong organizational and leadership skills. Ability to coordinate teams, vendors, and external partners. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency preferred. Passion for or familiarity with the equestrian industry is highly valued. Pay:
