IMMEDIATE OPENING

National General Contractor seeking in-house Project Manager/Estimator for government construction related contracts. Candidate must be fully knowledgeable in commercial building scope and techniques. Will need need to manage and estimate multiple jobs simultaneously. Government related project experience is recommended, but not mandatory. General Contractor performs in many Federal Government arenas. This position is ideal for self starter in carrying projects from cradle-to-grave. Some travel is required to visit site showings or visit project during construction phase. Must be capable in carrying conversation and meeting with government counter parts to bring projects to successful completion. Will be responsible for some estimating, site coordination, site personnel management, submittal review, adherence to contractual requirements etc. Required Qualifications

• (10) years construction field experience with a minimum of (5) years project management experience
• Complete knowledge of commercial building construction
• Corps of Engineer/NAVFAC Experience preferred
• Computer Literate
• Knowledge of cost, scheduling, surveying, estimating and engineering principals
• Excellent organizational skills
• Safety experience
• Valid Driver's License Desired Qualifications
• Safety Certification/ OSHA 30-hour
• First Aid/ CPR Certification
• CQC Management certification
