What You'll Do Generate leads through door knocking and referrals (~30-35% of role) Run appointments including inspections, adjuster meetings, and sales (~35-40%) Manage your projects as the primary homeowner contact Oversee job progress and communicate with production teams Maintain organization and documentation in company systems (~30%) Expectations Hit minimum realistic KPI's every week Evening availability is required Weekend work as needed during peak season This is a performance-driven role with clear expectations and accountability.
