  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Property Management:
  • Oversee the daily operations of residential and commercial properties.
  • Monitor the functionality and condition of facilities, including buildings and grounds.
  • Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Financial Oversight:
  • Develop and manage annual operating budgets and financial reports.
  • Implement cost-effective and efficient strategies to increase profitability.
  • Handle accounts receivable and payable, including rent collection and vendor payments.
  • Tenant Relations:
  • Foster positive relationships with tenants, addressing their concerns and needs promptly.
  • Coordinate lease renewals, terminations, and new tenant orientations.
  • Organize community events and initiatives to enhance tenant engagement and satisfaction.
  • Maintenance Coordination:
  • Collaborate with maintenance staff and contractors to ensure timely repairs and upkeep.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to extend the lifespan of property assets.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance issues, ensuring quick and effective resolution.
  • Regulatory Compliance:
  • Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in property management.
  • Ensure all managed properties comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of all property transactions, leases, and legal documents.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Recruit, train, and supervise on-site teams to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and professional development opportunities.
  • Encourage a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in property management, with a minimum of [2 years] in a managerial role
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
