Job Description:

Responsibilities Build and maintain highly detailed Microsoft Project schedules for semiconductor tool installs (1,500-2,000 lines per tool). Own scheduling for 2-3 modules, tracking tools from PO through install, qualification, and release to manufacturing. Integrate Facilities and Procurement (P6) schedules into tool-level plans. Track critical path, schedule changes, and readiness milestones. Run weekly schedule updates and publish clear one-pagers showing impacts and deltas. Review vendor-provided Gantt charts and align them with internal schedules. Partner with module teams to confirm completed tasks, document delays, and reforecast timelines. Support field walk-downs and validate utilities readiness (e.g., nitrogen lines, hookups). Work closely with the Install Project Manager and Scheduling Lead.

Pay:

$40- $54/hour. Offers comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental and vision plans, and 401(K). 12 month contract with extensions and potential conversion. Will be onsite M-F in Malta, NY. Must-Haves Strong attention to detail and ability to follow direction from multiple stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Excel . Clear written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable working in industrial environments (Fab / Sub-Fab). Safety-focused mindset; able to stop work if hazards are observed. Nice-to-Haves Experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, or industrial environments. Familiarity with P6 schedules and facilities coordination. Experience with field walk inspections and reporting. Ability to manage action trackers and weekly status reports. Meeting facilitation, note-taking, and follow-up coordination.
