We are a 100% Employee-Owned Company. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced commercial framing Project Supervisor to join our team. This role leads field operations, ensuring framing scopes are executed safely, efficiently and in alignment with project schedules and quality standards. This is a hands-on leadership position on our job sites throughout New England. This role reports to our Field Operations Manager. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate commercial framing crews Manage daily job site operations, ensuring work is performed safely and efficiently Coordinate with general contractors and other specialty trades Analyze project risks, scope gaps, and constructability issues Ensure compliance with drawings, specs and structural requirements Identify and resolve field issues, conflicts, and delays to keep projects on time and on budget Qualifications/Preferred Experience 5+ years of experience in commercial framing, with demonstrated leadership as a Foreman or Supervisor Strong understanding of wood framing, trusses and wall panel systems Experience with coordination, job site logistics and excellent problem-solving and communication skills Experience with multi-family construction preferred Ability to manage multiple projects and phases simultaneously Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary (based on experience) Annual discretionary bonus program Vehicle allowance/fuel reimbursement ESOP participation, funded at 100% company cost Health, dental, vision and other supplemental benefit programs 401(k) plan 8 paid holidays Paid time off
