Project Take off Coordinator

Looking for a motivated individual to join our commercial team assisting with blueprint takeoffs, project coordination, and estimating support for commercial construction projects. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in construction, blueprint reading, estimating, or developing a long-term career in the commercial construction industry. Prior experience is helpful but not required — we are willing to train the right person with strong attention to detail, good computer skills, and a willingness to learn. Responsibilities Review commercial construction blueprints and plans Perform quantity takeoffs and organize project information Assist estimators with bid preparation and project setup Track project documents, schedules, and revisions Coordinate internally with sales and operations teams Maintain organized project files and bid documents Qualifications Strong attention to detail Good organizational and computer skills are needed Comfortable working with project software, PDFs, email, and Microsoft Office programs Ability to learn blueprint reading and construction documents Self-motivated and dependable Construction or office experience is a plus, but not required Compensation Hourly position Starting pay approximately $19-21/hour depending on experience Opportunity for advancement into estimating and project management roles We are looking for someone who wants to grow with our company long-term and become an important part of our team
