Propane Delivery Driver

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable Propane Delivery Driver with a current CDL to join our dynamic team! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for safely delivering propane and related products to residential, commercial, and industrial customers. Duties Safely operate propane delivery trucks, including tractor-trailers, flatbeds, refrigerated trailers, and tanker trucks, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations. Load and unload propane cylinders and bulk tanks using forklifts or other equipment as needed. Plan efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity while adhering to scheduled delivery times. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment to ensure optimal operation and safety. Deliver propane products directly to customers' locations, providing excellent customer service with professionalism and enthusiasm. Verify delivery documentation, obtain signatures, and maintain accurate records of all deliveries made. Follow all safety protocols related to handling hazardous materials and operating specialized trucks such as roll-off or dump trucks. Requirements Valid CDL with a clean driving record; experience with commercial driving is highly preferred. Proven truck driving experience, especially with tractor-trailers, flatbeds, or tanker trucks. Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles confidently. Experience with load & unload procedures for freight, including propane cylinders and bulk tanks. Familiarity with route driving, load securing, and safety regulations related to transporting hazardous materials. Ability to work independently in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
