Whether you're assisting with property upkeep or supporting technical projects, your contributions will help ensure our properties operate smoothly and efficiently. Duties Assist with general property maintenance including landscaping, cleaning, and minor repairs to uphold property standards Support facilities maintenance activities such as plumbing, electrical work, and mechanical repairs using schematics and technical drawings Operate tools and equipment including welders, ohmmeters, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for troubleshooting and repairs Perform residential painting tasks and oversee basic carpentry or drywall work as needed Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) Support supervising staff during project execution, ensuring safety protocols are followed and tasks are completed efficiently Conduct inspections of the property to identify repair needs or safety hazards, documenting findings clearly for follow-up Experience Prior experience in facilities maintenance, manufacturing, or construction environments is highly desirable Knowledge of electrical systems, schematics, and mechanical components is essential Hands-on welding experience and familiarity with residential painting are a plus Demonstrated ability to read technical diagrams and operate diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and PLCs Customer service skills to effectively communicate with team members and vendors in English Supervising experience or leadership roles in similar settings will be advantageous Basic understanding of CMMS software for work order management is preferred This role offers a fulfilling opportunity for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills across multiple facets of property management while contributing to a safe and well-maintained environment.
