This role focuses on general property maintenance and repair to ensure our resort remains in excellent condition for our guests. Key Responsibilities Perform general maintenance and repair tasks throughout the resort property. Address routine repairs including carpentry, plumbing, painting, and minor electrical work. Inspect property areas regularly to identify and resolve maintenance issues promptly. Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff. Coordinate with management to prioritize and complete work orders efficiently. Assist with setup and breakdown of resort facilities as needed. Qualifications Experience in property care or maintenance technician role preferred. Strong general repair skills; HVAC knowledge is not required. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues independently. Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift moderate weights.
