Property Maintenance Crew/Specialist

Feliz Home Community is looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented, Maintenance Technician/Groundskeeper who takes pride in their work to help us manage a 30-lot Manufactured Home Community in Orangeburg SC. We are a vertically integrated multifamily real estate management company with properties across the state of SC, GA and AL. Our brick and mortar are our people. The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who can use their maintenance skills to improve our community and better service the residents. Compensation $18-25/hr (Depending on Experience) Responsibilities Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority Assist in make readies and turning over vacant units Maintaining/Cleaning property grounds and common areas Conduct inspection on rental units and perform preventative maintenance. Pressure wash and cool seal homes Mowing Lawns as required Assist in coverage of emergency calls with other team members Keep track of task list and a fairly accurate time sheet Adheres to all safety policies and procedures Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents, staff and vendors in a professional manner Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager Qualifications Minimum 1-2 years of related experience in grounds maintenance job functions. Working knowledge of electrical/plumbing, painting, landscaping work is a plus Must be detail oriented, reliable, and able to manage time. Demonstrates prompt and regular attendance. Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to push/pull up to 50 lbs.
