Property Maintenance & Grounds Technician

Full-Time Property Maintenance & Grounds Worker We are seeking a reliable and versatile Property Maintenance & Grounds Worker to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and comfortable working across a wide range of residential, outdoor, and light farm-related tasks. Key Responsibilities Property & General Maintenance Perform minor home repairs (basic carpentry, simple fixes, patching, etc.) Interior and exterior painting Replace doorknobs, fixtures, and small hardware Troubleshoot maintenance issues and identify solutions Maintain an organized work environment and complete tasks efficiently Grounds & Seasonal Work Lawn care and yard maintenance, including mowing and trimming Gardening tasks such as planting, weeding, watering, mulching, and caring for flower/vegetable beds Seasonal snow plowing using a company truck, shoveling by hand and using a snowblower General outdoor upkeep Animal Care & Farm Tasks Position could include tasks including but not limited to, feeding, watering, and general care of animals (type may vary) Cleaning stalls or pens as needed Assisting with basic farm or homestead tasks (fencing repairs, bedding changes, etc.) Supporting seasonal farm activities when required Requirements Previous maintenance, groundskeeping, farm, or related experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Comfortable working independently and managing daily tasks Valid driver's license (required for plow operations) Having your own tools is a plus Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions Schedule Approximately 30 hours a week, the company is open to full time.
