Property Maintenance & House Check Coordinator

Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Property Maintenance & House Check Coordinator to assist with the day-to-day operations of luxury vacation rental homes in the Siesta Key/Sarasota area. This role combines basic maintenance work, property inspections, inventory management, and hospitality support to ensure all homes are guest-ready and maintained to a high standard. The ideal candidate is dependable, responsive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced vacation rental environment. Schedule Full-time 5 days per week Typical hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Some evenings or later hours may occasionally be required based on guest needs or emergencies Compensation Starting salary: $55,000 annually Opportunity for pay increase after 90 days based on performance Responsibilities Perform house checks after cleaners to ensure homes are guest-ready Complete inventory and restocking checks Troubleshoot minor maintenance issues Handle basic handyman tasks and repairs Report damages, maintenance concerns, and supply needs Coordinate access for vendors and service providers Assist with guest-related issues when needed Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards across properties Requirements Previous handyman or maintenance experience required Hospitality or property management experience preferred Reliable transportation required Must provide basic tools Strong communication and problem-solving skills Must be dependable, organized, and responsive Comfortable using text messaging, apps, and taking/reporting photos
