This is a full-time, field-based role for someone who knows apartment maintenance and can work independently. This role is NOT entry-level.

REQUIREMENTS

(Please read carefully) 2+ years of apartment or multifamily maintenance experience required Valid driver's license and reliable car required Must own and use personal hand tools Must have a smartphone and be comfortable using apps for work orders and communication Ability to work independently across multiple properties Comfortable with physical work and daily travel What You'll Do Handle daily maintenance requests and repairs Plumbing, electrical, basic HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs Apartment turnovers and minor renovations Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites Communicate clearly with management on job status Nice to Have (Not Required) Section 8 or subsidized housing experience Bilingual English/Spanish Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on experience Full-time, steady work Materials provided (hand tools are your responsibility) Apply if you know apartment maintenance, show up on time, and fix things the right way the first time.
