Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and leadership skills, ensuring that properties are well-maintained and tenants receive exceptional service. This role requires a proactive approach to property management, with a focus on enhancing tenant satisfaction and optimizing property performance. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of property operations, including maintenance, leasing, and tenant relations. Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations, including knowledge of Section 8 guidelines. Utilize property management software such as OneSite for data entry, reporting, and tenant communication. Coordinate maintenance requests through a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to ensure timely responses. Conduct regular property inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and retain existing ones. Handle lease agreements, renewals, and terminations in accordance with legal requirements. Maintain accurate records of all transactions, communications, and property-related documents. Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with vendors and contractors for maintenance services while negotiating contracts effectively. Qualifications Proven experience in property management or real estate administration is preferred. Strong understanding of relevant laws governing property management practices. Experience using OneSite or similar property management software is advantageous. Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills for effective tenant interactions. Demonstrated administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Sales experience is beneficial for promoting properties and enhancing tenant retention strategies. Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to providing exceptional support to tenants.
