Property Manager

AppleOne in North San Diego is seeking a Property Manager for a growing residential and commercial property management company near Del Mar. This position is temp to hire and will pay up to $48/hour DOE. This individual is responsible for

• Overseeing daily property operations
• Tenant relations
• Lease administration
• Vendor coordination
• Maintenance requests
• Rent collection
• Budgeting
• Property inspections The ideal candidate will have
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience handling properties
• Knowledge of California landlord-tenant regulations Under general supervision, this individual will
• Perform a variety of administrative and operational duties to support daily property management activities
• Help ensure properties are professionally maintained and occupancy goals are met
• Communicate regularly with tenants, vendors, ownership groups, and internal departments
• Assist with maintenance coordination, financial reporting, lease renewals, and compliance-related matters
• Utilize property management software to support operational efficiency and record management
• Coordinate with vendors regarding property services, maintenance requests, and project follow-up
