Property Manager and Personal Assistant

This is a blended role that is mostly property management for short term rentals but will also include tasks that would be considered personal assistant functions. It is part time, between 5-15 hours per week.

Specific job responsibilities include:

Full management of two short term rental properties (Airbnb's) Cleaning between guests Purchasing and stocking supplies Maintenance and upkeep Light landscaping (mowing, weeding, etc) Laundering linens Responding to guest's questions and concerns (mostly through text and the booking app) Opportunity for hospitality skills to flourish by going the extra mile to make the guest's experience special Opportunity to manage social media if that is an interest Personal assistant functions Running errands Light landscaping The schedule for cleaning between rental guests is dictated by the bookings. In the summer the properties are often "flipped" the same day (guest checks out in the morning and a new guest checks in in the afternoon). The rental cleanings often occur on a weekend day, but the time commitment is short - typically less than three hours to "flip" the house. A vehicle and tools for job duties will be provided. The perfect candidate is someone who is hardworking, creative, has attention to detail, and can make decisions. A problem solver that is not afraid of a screwdriver is a plus! This is a great position for a college student, or retiree.
