Property manager responsible for tasks of moderate-to-high level complexity; and interactions requiring advanced-levels of professional knowledge, experience, interpersonal skills and judgment. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation based on experience along with a comprehensive benefits package.
Responsibilities:
Supervise the operation and administration of the community association in accordance with the association's policies and applicable laws. Act as the primary liaison with the board, owners, and committees. Fully understand the association's declarations, articles, bylaws, policies, and procedures, generate violation notice and manage enforcement process. Attend board and committee meetings. Prepare board packages according to established time frames and statue. Perform administrative and management duties. Assisting with special projects and other duties as assigned
Experience and Requirements:
An active CAM license is required. Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred . Three (3) years of progressive experience in condominium association management in Florida. In depth knowledge of Florida Statutes Chapter 718. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and conflict resolution abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and ease of learning other applications. Able to work independently, prioritize and use excellent judgement, and work under pressure. Valid Florida driver's license. Must be able to successfully pass a background check and pre-employment drug test.
