Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to support the management and operation of publicly owned facilities and real estate assets on a contract basis. This role ensures properties are maintained in compliance with public sector regulations, safety standards, and budgetary requirements while serving internal stakeholders and the public.
Responsibilities:
  • Direct daily operations for assigned properties, including occupancy coordination, tenant relations, and overall site performance.
  • Manage leasing activities, renewals, and resident communication to support stable occupancy and positive tenant experiences.
  • Oversee maintenance coordination and vendor follow-up to help ensure properties remain safe, functional, and well maintained.
  • Monitor rent collections, delinquencies, and property-level financial activity while supporting accurate records and reporting.
  • Ensure properties operate in accordance with applicable standards, lease requirements, and program guidelines.
  • Conduct regular site reviews to identify operational issues, address property concerns, and maintain community appearance.
  • Work with internal teams, contractors, and service providers to resolve issues efficiently and support ongoing property needs.
  • Maintain organized documentation related to residents, inspections, compliance matters, and day-to-day property administration.
