Monday-Friday (Weekends if needed) About the Role We are a growing multifamily real estate company seeking a hands-on Property Manager to oversee daily operations across our apartment portfolio. This role is ideal for a motivated, people-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to excellent resident service and Fair Housing compliance. Key Responsibilities Manage leasing activity including marketing, showings, screening, and lease execution Monitor occupancy, oversee move-ins/move-outs, and conduct unit inspections Collect rent, manage delinquencies, and enforce lease terms when needed Serve as the main resident contact, addressing concerns and maintenance requests Use Yardi to manage financials, rent rolls, maintenance, and reporting Coordinate maintenance, vendors, renovations, and unit turns Ensure compliance with Fair Housing Laws and local regulations Qualifications 2-3 years of multifamily property management experience Yardi experience required Strong knowledge of Fair Housing and landlord-tenant laws Experience with delinquency management and lease enforcement Organized, collaborative, and comfortable in a small business environment Real estate license preferred (if required by state) Why Join Us Grow with a rapidly expanding company Collaborative, team-oriented culture Make a direct impact on operations and resident experience
