Property Manager - Part Time

The Company - Who We Are An owner operated property management company that runs multi-family apartment buildings and commercial investment properties. We have properties in Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Montana. The Job - Leasing Agent/Property Manager We are currently looking for someone to join our team in the greater Clarkston, WA - Lewiston, ID area to manage leasing, billing, and general property management. Here is a list of the core aspects of this position. Some responsibilities include but are not limited to: Contacting leasing leads, showing units, processing applications and leases. Inspect vacant units Collect, post and deposit monthly rents as received Monitor and walk property grounds and common spaces on a regular schedule Ensure that bills are entered correctly into our accounting system Post & mail legal notices. The Person This is a fast-paced position, that requires being able to think on your feet, and pivot when obstacles arise.
