Property Manager - PT and Temporary

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of residential properties on a part-time and temporary basis. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a tax credit (LIHTC) housing community. This includes oversight of leasing, resident services, compliance, maintenance coordination, office administration, and adherence to Fair Housing regulations and other policy and legal requirements. Duties Manage property leasing activities, including tenant screening, lease signing, and renewals using Yardi, Rent Cafe and Blue Moon property management software and forms center Ensure compliance with LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit), Section 8, Fair Housing laws, and other relevant regulations Handle landlord-tenant law issues, including conflict management, dispute resolution, and legal administrative tasks Conduct property inspections, coordinate maintenance requests, and oversee facilities management to ensure properties are well-maintained Provide exceptional customer service by addressing resident inquiries promptly via phone, email, or in person Maintain accurate data entry, filing, and record keeping Experience Proven experience in property management with a focus on LIHTC residential properties Familiarity with LIHTC program, Section 8 housing vouchers, and Fair Housing regulations Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant law and legal administrative procedures related to property leasing Experience using Yardi, Rent Cafe and Blue Moon property management software for leasing and resident records Familiarity with facilities management, property maintenance coordination, or related fields preferred Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and conflict resolution abilities Join our team as a Part-time Property Manager - in our open, temporary role to make a meaningful impact on residents' lives while advancing your career in property management! $23.00 - $29.00 per hour
