As an Assistant Property Manager, you help people find their next home and get them connected in the community. Responsibilities Property Operations Support Provide administrative and coordination support to Property Operations leadership and site teams. Assist with day-to-day operational tasks, communications, scheduling, and follow-up activities. Support the creation, organization, and maintenance of operational documentation, SOPs, guides, and reference materials. Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and operational events as needed. Assist with tracking operational initiatives, deadlines, and project updates. Maintain organized digital records and ensure documentation accuracy and accessibility. Support portfolio-wide operational consistency through administrative follow-through and process coordination. Training & Onboarding Support Coordinate logistics for onboarding and training programs, including scheduling, communication, materials preparation, and attendance tracking. Assist with the preparation and distribution of training materials, job aids, presentations, and resources. Support the facilitation and administration of learning programs and operational training initiatives. Maintain training records and assist with tracking completion statuses and participation metrics. Partner with operational leaders to support new hire onboarding coordination and training readiness. Help ensure training materials remain current, accurate, and aligned with operational expectations. Systems, Reporting & Compliance Support Assist with data entry, reporting, audits, and system updates across operational platforms. Support the accuracy and maintenance of property management systems, records, and reporting tools. Generate recurring reports and assist leadership with gathering operational data and insights. Help monitor compliance-related tracking requirements, documentation, and deadlines. Identify discrepancies or missing information and escalate concerns appropriately. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling operational and team member information. Team & Service Support Serve as a responsive and professional support resource for property teams and operational leaders. Build collaborative relationships across departments and property locations. Provide excellent customer service and communication to internal stakeholders. Support a positive, team-oriented culture aligned with company values and operational standards. Assist with additional administrative or operational projects as assigned.Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required. 1-3 years of administrative, operations support, training coordination, or related experience preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with teams. High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Competencies:

Compensation and Benefits forProperty Operations and Training Assistant Pay Range:
$20.92 + $27.50/hour Compensation is determined by several factors that vary depending on the position, including the individual's experience, skills, and the knowledge they bring to the specific role .
