Locks (deadbolts, knob locks, padlocks) Lock boxes (for key access) Boarding materials (plywood, OSB boards) Air compressor (to blow out water from plumbing lines) Lawnmower Pole Saw Hedge trimmers Tape measure (for measuring areas to be repaired or boarded up) Truck or trailer
