The Impact You Will Have The Provider Partner manages day-to-day relationships with small healthcare providers, ensuring operational efficiency, contract compliance, and positive engagement. This role supports contract negotiation, onboarding, and issue resolution while collaborating with internal teams to maintain accurate records and uphold regulatory standards. Your Responsibilities Manage daily provider interactions, resolve operational issues, and respond to standard inquiries; log issues, track progress, and escalate per defined thresholds. Negotiate provider contracts within established guidelines and timelines; apply basic principles of contract negotiation and compliance; prepare reports summarizing negotiation status and outcomes. Coordinate onboarding activities for small providers using standardized templates and processes. Analyze and interpret contracting and financial data to identify opportunities for improved provider engagement and contract value. Monitor adherence to contract terms, operational requirements, and performance against budget targets and deadlines; maintain accurate records of provider contacts, actions, and outcomes. Research issues and implement provider corrective action plans to ensure compliance and operational integrity. Collaborate with internal teams (finance, credentialing, compliance) to resolve provider-related issues and maintain alignment with organizational standards. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal contract administration policies across all assigned activities. Required Skills and Experience 3+ years of related professional experience. All relevant experience including work, education, transferable skills, and military experience will be considered. High school diploma (or equivalency) and legal authorization to work in the U.S. Preferred Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree. Previous experience with Government Programs (Medicaid) Management of Rural Health and Community Clinics, Interpreter Providers, Personal Care Assistance and Home Care, etc. Displays strong ability to lead cross-functional teams. Excellent communications and interpersonal skills (internal/external). Ability to work across systems and functions to facilitate solutions and capabilities development. Demonstrated creativity in solution development with strong sense of urgency. Positive thinker/self starter. Skillful negotiator, ability to influence internal and external customers. Role Designation Hybrid Anchored in Connection Our hybrid approach is designed to balance flexibility with meaningful in-person connection and collaboration. We come together in the office two days each week - most teams designate at least one anchor day to ensure team interaction. These in-person moments foster relationships, creativity, and alignment. The rest of the week you are empowered to work remote. Compensation and Benefits $79,100.00 - $104,800.00 - $130,500.00 Annual Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position, including skills, ability, and knowledge the selected individual is bringing to the specific job.
