Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:

$125,000 - $130,000 annually (based on experience) $5,000

Sign-On Bonus Performance Bonuses:

Up to $40,000 annually

Reimbursement Generous PTO plus paid holidays What You'll Do Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up assessments Diagnose and treat mental health conditions through medication management Develop and manage individualized treatment plans Order and interpret labs as appropriate Participate in GDR and psychotropic medication reviews Collaborate with facility staff, interdisciplinary teams, and families Maintain accurate and timely documentation Meet productivity and patient care expectations Respond to facility needs as appropriate (no formal on-call) What We're Looking For Active Georgia APRN license (PMHNP, FNP, or AGNP - psychiatric focus) Board Certification (ANCC or equivalent) DEA license (or ability to obtain) Psychiatric experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills Ability to pass background check Reliable transportation for local travel Team-oriented and self-driven Schedule & Work Setting Monday-Friday, daytime hours No weekends or holidays Skilled nursing, long-term care, and assisted living facilities Minimal regional travel within the Sylvania area Ready to Grow With Us?
