PMHNP Psychotherapy Full Job Description Annual Salary:

$130k-$160k (varies depending on years of experience) A dynamic healthcare program is seeking a dedicated PMHNP to join its team in providing compassionate, high-quality mental health services within a community setting. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnose mental health conditions, and provide evidence-based treatment aligned with national standards and regulatory guidelines. Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans in coordination with physicians, nurses, and other clinical staff. Deliver both medication management and psychotherapy services to a diverse patient population. Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and warning signs that require clinical attention. Engage in preventative care strategies and contribute to the creation of protocols that support long-term wellness. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care and optimal treatment outcomes.

Qualifications:

Licensed PMHNP in the state of New Jersey. Bilingual in Spanish is required. Must be able to work a full-time schedule (five 8-hour shifts per week).
