Job Description

Processes mail, fax, in-person and online registration including adding, dropping, withdrawing students from classes Provides registration support for students enrolling via Self-service Ensures support documentation for transactions is received and filed Updates student information such as name, address, telephone and email address changes Assists with student enrollment and graduation verifications Processes chargeback authorizations Processes grade changes as requested by professors Maintains intake and responses for Enrollment Services email Assists with the processing of graduates, including degree audit and printing and mailing of diplomas Logs all incoming transcripts for transfer credit into the system (including but not limited to: college transcripts, AP scores, and Police Academy certificates). Processes approved transfer credit by reviewing documents, and applying credit as directed to student records. Answers phone in Enrollment Services to assist callers. Monitors QLess systems and summons students for needed services in a timely manner Works with other departments to provide quality service to students Performs related duties as assigned
Education:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Associate's degree preferred
Experience :
  • Experience working in a professional setting, Higher Education preferred
Competencies and Skills:
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Strong organization and record-keeping skills
  • Demonstrated experience working with a diverse population
  • Ability to work as a member of a team Terms of Employment
  • This position may require flexible scheduling to include evenings and weekends and duties at any Atlantic Cape location.
