We are currently hiring in our Employment Services programs for part time Job Coach positions in our Fosston location. These positions are responsible for supporting individuals on the job and helping them maintain and grow in their positions. You will be a teacher, trainer, and cheer leader to each person we serve. Starting wage is $20 per hour with a $5 shift differential if your position includes nights or weekends.

Qualifications include:

A High School diploma or GED equivalent, valid MN Driver's License with a clean driving record and the ability to pass a Background ground study. We welcome and appreciate experience and higher education but are willing to train any individual with a desire to work in our industry. 1.

Fosston and the surrounding area.

Position:

Providing on-site support to an individual with disabilities . Offer guidance and encouragement to help the employee succeed in their role. Assist with building workplace skills and confidence. Promote independence while providing support when needed.

Hours:

10 to 20 hours per week.

Previous experience in coaching or supporting individuals with disabilities is a plus (but not required—we'll train you!).
