Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Residential Staff Member to work 1 on 1 with one of our members. Hours are Monday - Friday from 4pm -8pm each day The ideal candidate will possess strong caregiving skills, experience in assisted living or long-term care environments, and a genuine desire to improve residents' quality of life. This role involves providing personal care, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment for individuals with diverse needs. Must Have High School Diploma Valid Driver's License Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges. Strong caregiving skills combined with compassion, patience, and excellent communication abilities.
