Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled PTA to join our interdisciplinary team. As a PTA on our team, you will work closely with Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, and Nursing staff to deliver high-quality patient care.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Delivering physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a Physical Therapist Documenting patient progress accurately and timely Educating residents and their families on safe mobility and home exercise programs Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure holistic care

What We're Looking For:

Licensed:

Current New York State Physical Therapist Assistant licensure

Experience:

Experience in a SNF or Geriatric setting preferred
