Values Passion for quality Commitment to service Integrity and authenticity in our products Dedication to be the best in the industry Pride in our work Teamwork to achieve our goals Position Summary The Inventory Control Specialist will maintain the organizations inventory, ordering and supplying necessary items while maintaining accurate records of all procurements.
What you will do:
Performs monthly cycle counts for our parts department, Purchases inventory, materials for the parts department. Maintains knowledge of trends, prices, buyers, and delivery conditions to anticipate future material availability; directs purchasing programs accordingly. Develops and maintains inventory databases for supplies and materials used. Conducts frequent spot and partial audits of physical inventory. Collaborates with customer service, repairs, and shipping departments to maximize efficiency in the purchasing and inventory control department. Communicates with vendors to resolve problems that may arise regarding delivery, quality, price, or conditions of sale. Develops and implements policies and procedures related to purchasing and inventory control with a goal to maximize efficiency and optimize workflow. Enters and manages on a regular basis the invoices and statements for all parts department vendors. Compiles a vendor accounts payable list on a bi-weekly basis. Coordinate and oversees all equipment transfers. Assist in year-end inventory count and reconciliation. Ensures milestones and goals are met.
About you:
Proven negotiation skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to exercise tact, courtesy, and ethics when dealing with vendors, co-workers, and customers. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong supervisory and leadership skills with the ability to effectively train others. Proficient with NetSuite, Microsoft Office or related software, as well as inventory software (NetSuite). A College degree is required. Ability to effectively communicate in English (written and oral) & Spanish (oral).

$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
