Position Summary The QA Inspector is responsible for supporting product quality, inspection accuracy, and shipment readiness throughout the manufacturing process. This role works closely with the inspection and production teams to verify that fabricated parts, incoming materials, and completed jobs meet company and customer quality expectations. Core Responsibilities
- Inspect fabricated parts and completed jobs to ensure products meet customer specifications, quality requirements, and company standards.
- Verify incoming materials, consumables, and components meet required quality expectations prior to use in production.
- Collaborate with the inspection and production teams to support workflow, inspection accuracy, and timely job completion.
- Support the RMA process by coordinating with the inspection team on returned materials, documentation, and follow-up actions.
- Package and prepare completed parts for shipment while ensuring proper labeling, protection, and documentation requirements are met.
- Upload inspection reports, photos, certifications, and supporting documentation into designated job folders and company systems.
- Maintain organized inspection records and assist with maintaining accurate documentation for customers and internal requirements. Qualifications and Skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, job travelers, and customer requirements.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Pay:
$20.00 - $24.00 per hourBenefits:
