12+ Months Role Overview We are seeking an experienced POS/Retail QA Lead with strong expertise in retail, POS, eCommerce, and payment systems testing. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end QA activities including test strategy, test planning, SIT/UAT coordination, defect management, regression testing, and production validation across retail and omnichannel platforms. Key responsibilities include validating POS transactions, payment processing, promotions, loyalty programs, order management, inventory flows, and third-party integrations. The candidate should have experience working in Agile environments and collaborating closely with business, product, development, and support teams to ensure high-quality releases and system stability. Experience with retail systems, payment gateways, API testing, automation exposure, and tools such as JIRA, ALM, or similar QA tools is highly preferred.
