QA/QC Clerk Elevations - Aurora, CO 80011 Apply Overview Salary Range $19.29 - $19.29
Hourly Position Type Full Time Apply Description Summary:
Crazy Shirts purpose is to create original and memorable artwork on quality products that take our customers on the endless vacation in everyday life. The QA/QC Supervisor is responsible for the functions performing inspections and product processing.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not necessarily limited to: Responsible for inspecting all products prior to receipt into any inventory to insure products meet defined quality standards. Responsible for performing all testing requirements as determined to validate product quality. Responsible for the timely reporting of all inspection results to all necessary organizations. Responsible for the administration, reporting and product processing steps resulting in completing all inspections, work orders, tagging, labeling, folding, packaging, ASN and organizing for delivery specific destinations. Responsible for maintaining company inventory integrity requirements physically and on respective systems within time constraints required to support continuous business operations. Responsible for performance management and measurement, personnel training and development, and the disciplinary and dismissal processes of departmental personnel (in partnership with HR). Responsible for maintaining a working supply of materials to support all processing. Responsible for safe operational maintenance of all equipment and work areas in partnership with facilities maintenance management. Responsible for actively participating in company sponsored events and functions and contributing to the overall company goals as a member of management. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Advanced education and supervisory experience in quantitative measuring and validation of quality standards for a product related industry. Must be able to multi-task and follow-up when responses are needed Capable of applying office productivity tools and enterprise applications. Pass the background screening process.
PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
Standing, Bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, pushing, pulling, carrying and moving items up to 45 lbs. Reading invoices and shipping charts/spreadsheets. Ability to perform essential job functions in an environment with varied noise levels. Must be able to abide by the companys Exposure Prevention, Preparedness, and Response guidelines as it relates to the spread of communicable diseases, and workplace safety; this includes use of masks (as needed and required per CDC and Company recommendations) and the ability to use cleaning supplies for cleaning and disinfection purposes.
