QC Inspector

Job Summary We are seeking a qualified QC Inspector with strong experience in steel fabrication and welding inspection. The ideal candidate must hold a valid AWS CWI certification and have hands-on experience working in a steel fabrication shop environment. Key Responsibilities Perform quality inspections on fabricated steel components and welding activities Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and quality standards Review welding procedures, inspection reports, and fabrication documents Conduct visual inspections and coordinate NDT activities when required Verify material traceability, dimensions, and weld quality Maintain inspection records and prepare QC documentation Work closely with production and project teams to resolve quality issues Required Qualifications Valid AWS CWI (Certified Welding Inspector) certification Experience in steel fabrication shop inspection Knowledge of welding processes, WPS/PQR, and fabrication standards Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and welding symbols Familiarity with QA/QC procedures and inspection documentation

Pay:

$90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
