QC Lab Manager at Insight Global in Georgia, Vermont, United States Job Description Job Description A client of Insight Global in the Northwest Vermont area is seeking a QC Lab Manager to join their team! This individual will oversee all laboratory operations and lead the Quality Control team to ensure timely testing of finished products, raw materials, and packaging materials in alignment with production and logistics schedules. This role is responsible for coordinating testing activities, ensuring all methods, procedures, and documentation remain current and compliant with GMP and regulatory standards. The manager maintains and continuously improves laboratory systems to support safe, efficient, and compliant operations. Additionally, this individual ensures adherence to quality management requirements and reviews and approves controlled documents to support regulatory and internal compliance.

Compensation:

$80hr to $100hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave andor other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
