Quality Control Lab Tech 1 Solventum Purification & Filtration business We are pleased to report that Solventum has successfully completed the sale of its Purification & Filtration (P&F) business to Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. (Thermo Fischer) . This is a significant milestone for the P&F business, allowing for the strategic investment and resources needed to sustain growth and deliver customer solutions. Please note that this position is scheduled to transfer to a local subsidiary of Thermo Fisher in your country. However, the position is in a country where the transfer of employees to Thermo Fisher is delayed until a later date. By joining Solventum during this transitional period, you will be able to work alongside an energized and mission-driven team who is experiencing this transition along with you. Until the transfer is complete, you will be employed by Solventum, and your employment is subject to all applicable terms and conditions as outlined in our employment agreement and company policies The Impact You'll Make in this Role As a Quality Control Lab Tech I, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Routine testing for Finished Product, In-process and Incoming raw material testing with minimal supervision (Testing might include sampling and handling samples up to 20 lbs.) Collaborating in a fast-paced team environment and maintain accurate documentation of testing performed Data entry of results obtained. Prepping buffers / solutions for testing Lab cleaning and environmental monitoring This position will be assigned 2nd shift (12pm-8pm). Must be able to work 2nd shift Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Possess a High School Diploma/GED (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution AND (3) three years of combined experience in a laboratory, quality, or R D experience in a private, public, government or military environment Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Experience with HPLC, GC, and UPLC testing. Experience with titration testing One (1) year of experience with total nitrogen analysis Work location:Onsite:

The expected compensation range for this position is $43,120 - $59,290, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
