Job Description:

Key Responsibilities Understand and clearly articulate business and technical requirements for the application under test (AUT). Analyze and break down complex functional and technical requirements into clear and testable scenarios for the QA team. Define and implement project-specific testing strategies, test plans, and testing schedules. Take ownership of the complete quality assurance lifecycle for assigned projects and teams. Ensure adherence to organizational QA standards, processes, and testing best practices. Contribute hands-on testing and automation efforts for approximately 70% of the overall workload. Coordinate and manage testing activities across multiple phases including: Component Testing Integration Testing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Production Validation Identify, track, and proactively resolve testing dependencies and blockers. Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders. Perform defect tracking, root cause analysis, and quality reporting. Lead and mentor QA team members while ensuring high-quality deliverables
