Job Description

About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to support our Quality Assurance team. This internship provides hands-on experience within the pharmaceutical industry and an opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects while developing valuable professional skills. This is a temporary internship position, expected to run from approximately June through August. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older and actively enrolled in a college, university, or other post-secondary educational program. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day operations within the Quality Assurance team Contribute to assigned summer project(s) aligned with department goals Participate in team meetings and present project outcomes at the end of the internship Additional department-specific responsibilities may include: Document Auditing and Scanning Assist with packaging line support (clearances and audits) What You'll Gain Interns at ANI are provided with meaningful, structured learning experiences designed to build both technical and professional skills. Hands-on experience working within a regulated pharmaceutical environment Exposure to real-world business operations and cross-functional collaboration Opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects aligned with department goals Development of professional skills including communication, organization, and problem-solving Participation in leadership engagement opportunities, including company-sponsored events Opportunity to present a final project or summary of work at the conclusion of the internship Qualifications Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program (e.g., Science, Engineering, Business, IT, or a related field) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficient or comfortable working with Microsoft products (e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Department-specific preferred qualifications may include: Coursework in science, quality, or business-related field preferred.
