You don't need years of experience — you need curiosity, initiative, and a desire to grow. You'll get hands‑on experience with top‑tier measurement tools, 3D inspection software, composite materials, and real aerospace production processes. What You'll Do Learn how to perform final inspections on advanced composite components Use 3D inspection software and equipment to evaluate parts Assist with shipping, receiving, and material handling Maintain a clean, organized workspace Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions Communicate with supervisors and the quality team to keep production running smoothly Support various quality and manufacturing tasks as needed
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 10‑hour shifts (3‑day weekends!) What You Need to Bring Ability to read and understand engineering drawings Basic computer skills Strong measuring/math skills Good coordination and mechanical aptitude Interest in learning new inspection and engineering software An associate degree (required) — early‑career talent welcome Experience with dimensional inspection is a plus, but not required.
